You’ve had regular talk therapy for years, but you did not get the results that you needed. As a Certified EMDR therapist, I will help you rewire your nervous system & move from survival mode (fight-flight-freeze-fawn) to a productive mode (emotional regulation, critical thinking, decision-making, creativity), thus leading the life you desire. This evidence-based modality heals attachment traumas, which are the roots of current symptoms. I also utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) for nervous system regulation.
EMDR rapidly and safely helps us process trauma & achieve symptom reduction & reintegration of our mind & body. It applies to emotional distress, anxiety, addictions, trauma bonding, feeling stuck, negative relationship patterns, breakups, creative blocks, surviving wars, sexual abuse, assaults & natural disasters.
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, an advanced Attachment-based Couple Therapy. I will help you & your partner utilize effective communication skills that will foster safety, trust & intimacy in your relationship. You both will learn to form a safe connection/bonding, & will be able to get your needs met. Contact me for free consultation.
